The Venue

Triple J Manor House is a breathtaking 6,000 square-foot venue located in Mocksville, NC. Our distinctive venue is a beautiful, historic location for weddings, private events, receptions, meetings, showers, dinners, video shoots, and much more.

We are one of the newest venues and offer very affordable rates. We offer a preferred list of experienced caterers and vendors, but you may use your own. The grounds are beautifully landscaped for outside events. We offer Wi-Fi and have the technology for music and videos. Triple J Manor House is located only 30 minutes from Winston Salem, 45 minutes from Greensboro and 1 hour from Charlotte.

The Main Room

This room is absolutely stunning with white-washed wood ceilings and six wrought iron crystal chandeliers. The magnificent double-sided stair case provides a beautiful backdrop for pictures. The Main Room is an elegant, rustic setting that can accommodate up to two hundred guests.

The Porch

Our wrap around dark wood-stained covered porch is a great place to enjoy the beautiful view. This gorgeous outdoor setting can accommodate up to fifty guests.

The Knoll

This spectacular area is the perfect setting for any outdoor event, especially weddings. The stunning view and incredible landscaping provides a picture perfect sight. This area can seat 250 guests in our white wooden wedding chairs.

1What is the maximum number of guests?
The main room can seat 300 people and the wrap around porch can seat 150 people.
2What alcohol restrictions are there?
We only allow wine and beer and we do need proof of the bartender’s license. You will also need to get a Special Occasions Permit from the State of North Carolina that will cost $50 and can be ordered online.
3What room and table decorations are available?
We provide 25 white round tables, 12 large farm tables, 7 medium farm tables, 1 small farm table, 275 indoor black resin chairs, 2 large indoor/outdoor mobile bar carts, 2 wood bar tables, and 20 black bar stools. Everything else would be your responsibility unless you decide to rent some of our decorations.
4Are outside caterers allowed?
Yes, you are more than welcome to use any caterer that you would like. We also have a preferred vendors list that you can choose from.
5Is there a kitchen available for caterers?
Yes, we do have a prep kitchen that has commercial grade products. Those products include refrigerator, two ovens, two microwaves, cooler, warmer, ice maker, and dishwasher.
6Is a changing room available?
We do have a bridal suite available for changing.
7Is your place wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the entire building except for the upstairs.
8Would we be able to do a rehearsal for a ceremony the day before?
Yes, if you decided to have the ceremony at our venue, you will have from 12pm-8pm the day before to set up and have a rehearsal.
