Meet the Corporate and Non-profit Events Team

Bill has been with Sterling for nearly six years and has served as our Director of Sales for Corporate and Non-Profit for the first five of those. He was recently promoted to Executive Director in the Summer of 2021. With over 30 years in the hospitality business, he is dedicated to evaluating each clients need and finding the best solution to make their event one to remember. In his spare time, Bill is an avid scuba instructor who has been teaching for over 21 years. This passion has sent him all over the world and has helped to give him a broader view of how hospitality is done in other countries. He loves what he does, and it shows in how he treats his clients. From the first email to the conclusion of their event, he will always make sure the client is well taken care of.
Jacqueline has been with Sterling for nearly six years and has served as our Conference Services Manager for the past three years. She is dedicated to learning about the vision for your event and listening to how to your vision will fit the best at our venue, while providing options and thought for every idea. You can count on Jacqueline’s friendliness and eagerness to help in all scenarios that come her way! When Jacqueline isn't working, she loves to spend time with her brilliant son, Elliot!
